SteamTusk, it's not a game, when you submit flashes, it asks you what type it is. (Movie or Game/Interactive.) And as this is interactive, I think you'll find it is a game.

Loads of errors, the eyes were drawn too high. Also you said, ''Guidlines will be the first part as I can't stress how important they are'' and yet, that was all you had in the tutorial. I think that you should have waited until you finished before uploading it. Finally the music never played for me. :(
